What We’re Looking For
You should have experience turning operational workflows into structured documentation — user flows, API specs, data schemas, and feature definitions. Strong familiarity with CMS logic, entity relationships, user role mapping, and sprint-level delivery planning is expected.
You’ll need to translate both technical and non-technical input into system-level documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Whimsical. Prior experience in functional decomposition, scope control, and user acceptance planning is key.
Your Role at Melity
You’ll drive requirements gathering, write detail-oriented feature sets, and validate feasibility with tech leads. Your documentation should guide backend developers and UX teams with clarity — leaving no ambiguity around system logic or behavior.
You’ll participate in backlog grooming, release planning, and delivery reviews. The work you document should reduce development rework, surface constraints early, and support continuous delivery across agile cycles.
