What We’re Looking For
You should bring experience managing delivery pipelines, coordinating sprints, and resolving bottlenecks across cross-functional teams. You must be confident in Jira-based sprint planning, capacity forecasting, and issue resolution through structured escalation paths.
Strong familiarity with delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, throughput) and governance processes (QA sign-off, staging reviews, production deployment approvals) is essential. You should be comfortable aligning with clients and internal stakeholders without losing technical grounding.
Your Role at Melity
You’ll work alongside project leads, business analysts, and engineers to define delivery cadence and resource mapping. You’ll manage scope allocation, triage blockers, and keep work flowing across backend, frontend, QA, and product streams.
You’ll be responsible for delivery health tracking, operational clarity, and forward planning. From kickoff to handover, your work will keep all functions coordinated while protecting execution from scope creep and delivery drift.
